Nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Ischia, my recent stay at Hotel Rela was a delightful escape that spoke directly to my love for serene outdoor experiences and leisurely afternoons basking in the sun. The outdoor swimming pool was truly the crown jewel of the hotel, inviting me to take refreshing dips surrounded by lush greenery. With a shallow end perfect for lounging, I found myself captivated by the panoramic views that the pool offered — a stunning backdrop of rolling hills and shimmering sea. The sun terrace beckoned with its comfortable sun loungers, making it an ideal spot to unwind with a good book or simply soak in the warmth of the Italian sun. The solarium added an extra touch of indulgence, providing me with a tranquil retreat to catch up on my tan.

As day slowly transitioned into evening, the BBQ facilities tempted me to embrace the local culinary delights. I took full advantage of the garden area, where the aroma of grilled delicacies mingled with the fragrant Mediterranean air. My evenings were blissfully spent on the sun terrace, sipping a glass of local wine as I indulged in the simple pleasure of good food shared with newfound friends. When I sought a more relaxed atmosphere, the leisure/TV room offered a cozy space where I could gather with fellow travelers, lounge on soft couches, and swap stories of our explorations around Ischia. The seasonal outdoor pool, a refreshing gem with a breathtaking view, became my go-to spot for some late-night stargazing, wrapping up my days in this beautiful island haven with an experience that was everything I had dreamt of and so much more.
